AgentHello, this is Aangan Studio's assistant. May I have your name?

CallerTarun here. It's a 550 sq ft 1BHK in Kharadi and I'd like the kitchen and one bedroom done. I can spend one to one and a half lakh at most for the whole thing. Can that work?

AgentThanks for being open about that. A kitchen plus a bedroom, fully executed with materials, furniture and labour, would come to well beyond that figure, and I'd rather not have you travel to a consultation that can't work out.

CallerEven for one bedroom?

AgentEven for one room, I'm afraid. This sounds like it may not be the right fit for us right now, but feel free to reach out if your scope or budget changes.

CallerOkay, thanks for being straight.
